Prior to working in the staffing industry, our CEO, Arlene Key started her career in Human Resources for corporations such as: Target Corporation, Ocean Pacific Sunwear and Frito Lay. 

Arlene was recruited to the role of Vice President within an emerging   Staffing Corporation where she re-engineered the corporate direction and goals. A few of her many contributions include introducing them into the clerical niche market, improving customer and client relations, response time and fill-ratio, integrating new technologies and stream-lining all internal processes.  

Arlene is passionate and committed to her local community with her involvement in philanthropy.  Arlene sits on the Board of Directors for the Hoag 552 Hospital Foundation and the Heritage Museum.

Keith Fiscus, our COO, started his career as an Emergency Room Nurse where he was instrumental in improving patient turn-around time, while maintaining and exceeding the quality of care provided to patients and their families. 

After several years in Healthcare and a passion for science, Keith transitioned into the Scientific Staffing Industry where he was instrumental in the growth and development of the firms newly formed Science Division. 

Keith was instrumental in developing a strategic plan and customized targeted approach to addressing many of our clients and associates objectives and goals regarding communication, quality-of-service, feedback, fill-ratio and turn-around time.

Many of the organizations Keith is involved in include the NHRA (National Human Resources Association), the ASCP (American Society of Clinical Pathologists) and the ASA (American Staffing Association).
